SALES EXECUTIVE/ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Submit plan and execute well-defined sales strategies to achieve targets;
- Develop and maintain good rapport with existing customers;
- Promptly and professionally attend to customers’ enquiries and requests and provide technical advise on both existing and new products or systems;
- Supports sales opportunities through presentations, calling and visiting customers and prospects, needs identification with active follow-ups;
- Ensuring smooth service operation efficiency for customers with sales and operations team
- Investigating and resolving customers’ issues with relevant departments when necessary
- Acquire new customer accounts;
- Assist in preparation of proposals and quotation administration;
- Contribute creative alternative ideas to help maximize sales opportunities;
- Participate in marketing, advertising, promotional and publicity activities in line with corporate and product strategies;
- Gather information on market demand, competition and latest product developments
- Conduct periodic sales forecasts;
- Prepare weekly sales/contact reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering;
- Experience in Sales preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Possess an outgoing personality;
- Resourceful, proactive self-starter, positive attitude, performance oriented, able to work independently but also a team player;
- Must be able to read and write fluently in English
