Responsibilities: • Generates delivery order and tax invoice for local delivery
• Prepares D/O, packing list, commercial invoice for outward shipment
• Prepare invoice for inter-company trade transactions with Malaysia/China/Singapore
• Prepares LC documentation for submission to the bank for clearance. Eg. Draft, certificate of origin etc
• Apply certificate of origin with SICC
• Liaise with freight forwarder for export/import shipments
• Liaise with insurance agent for marine cargo insurance
• Prepares inward and outward permit via Tradeweb Live
• Handle some administrative works
Requirements: • Min “0” level, certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain or Shipping or equivalent
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of shipping knowledge is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Inco terms
• Able to multi task and perform other adhoc duties
• Good working attitude, a good team player and pro-active
• Meticulous, committed and initiative
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice of period
• Bilingual
• Fresh graduates are welcome
